Branch Technologies Client Testimonial

Branch Technologies has been upgrading the fibre based cabling network at The National Portrait Gallery since March 2008. Recently installing further cabling in partnership with Cisilion.

Louis Brady, Head of Information Technology at The National Portrait Gallery, said that he:
"would have no hesitation in recommending Branch Technologies for any network infrastructure installation or upgrade work in the future".

Furthermore, Louis added that:
"The supplier, Cisilion, who did the recent upgrade at the National Portrait Gallery, was selected in part because of their cabling partner Branch Technologies. During the pre-tender meetings Branch Technologies displayed a confidence and professionalism that played a large part in deciding to select Cisilion."

Branch Technologies has a proven track record with the National Portrait Gallery, especially regarding their conventional fibre cabling network, as Louis explained:
"Prior to the contract signing we engaged Branch Technologies to rectify some cabling problems with our fibre network. This work included testing and re-terminating fibre cable and running new fibre cables; all of this work was carried out in a professional manner with little or no impact on our users."

Louis concluded that:
"Branch Technologies' approach was highly professional and inspired confidence in the Gallery’s IT team. When problems arose on the installation, Branch Technologies' cabling engineers were flexible and accommodating and they worked well with the Gallery IT staff. In total Branch Technologies swapped out 13 IT cabinets including extensive re-cabling work, all done out of hours with little or no impact on users."
